As Easter gets closer and closer, images of fuzzy baby chicks, flowers, colorful eggs, and BUNNIES spring to mind. So, I decided it might be fun to incorporate a live bunny into one of my spring photo sessions. This is when SAAP came into the picture (no pun intended). I contacted SAAP to invite one or two of their precious fluffy bunnies to make an appearance in a photo shoot.
Ms. Suzi Lipps came to my rescue as the resident "bunny lady" of SAAP. She is now fostering 12 or more bunny rabbits, at her private home, to aid in the mission of SAAP. SAAP does not have a permanent shelter to house abused or stray pets, but relies on the volunteered help of people like Suzi to house and care for these wonderful animals.
When choosing to invite an animal to share your home, please consider rescuing a stray or abused animal, from SAAP or another local animal shelter. SAAP also will graciously accept donations in the form of money or pet supplies. For more information on how you can help, please visit the link

Below are photos of the two bunnies that we invited into our home, this weekend. It was such a treat for my daughter, Kara, and I . We really loved having them around and they added a unique quality to my photo session.
