Hot Mama!

I entitled this post "Hot Mama!" for two reasons.  #1 The day of the photo session was extremely hot, even though our session was in the morning.  Raven, Michael, and myself were quite sweaty by the end of the shoot. #2 The mother to be is HOT!  I mean she is absolutely stunning.  Isn't she?

I had such a wonderful time taking and editing these pictures.  These may be some of my favorite shots to date.  Thanks so much for contacting my, Raven!

Brady's Bunch

Brady and Kristen have come a long way and have created a beautiful family together, in the7 years it's been since I've last seen them.  Kristen is a friend and former co-worker of mine.  We used to work at a local daycare together, while I was in college.  It was during that time that her and Brady had just started their little family of three, with their oldest, Hayley.  Brady was serving in the military, while Kristen got broken in quickly to the life of mommy-hood.  This is not an easy time for any young couple.

It was wonderful to see that this young family had grown not only in size, but in quantity.  I am very grateful to Brady and his bunch for their sacrifice as a military family.  I had a wonderful day with this fantastic family, and I hope to see them again, in the future.  Thanks!

Beauty and the Beach

This year, my family was lucky enough to be treated to a week-long vacation in Ft. Walton Beach, FL, courtesy of my wonderful mother and step-father.  As I had not taken my daughter's 3 year portrait yet, I jumped at the chance to have some unique photos of her on the beach.  3 year olds do not really care to have their pictures taken, so little Miss Kara made her father and I work for the shots we wanted.  With the lingering reward of ice cream hanging over her head, Kara, her father, and I pulled through with what I consider to be some pretty awesome shots.  Enjoy!
